Integral Belled EndsBell End Tubing is typical used in heat exchangers with fixed tube sheets. Energy Transfer • MDE has developed a replacement tube with an integral belled end. Integral belled end tubes are of one piece construction eliminating failure in two piece construction welded bell end joints. Tube sizes range from 3/8" to 1.5" OD, and a bell OD of over 2.5" (depending upon material). Bell end OD can be standard size of special order for remanufactured tube sheets.
